Again, its been a month--sorry!! Here are a few pics that happened, and then a few notes about doctors appts. I've had...
Every wednesday we get together with the kids for "park group" which is now at the church for the winter. So we bring bikes and balls for them and here is Harrison already getting "pushed around" by the girls (but when their this cute why not let them ?!)
Another Wedn. some decided to explore the city by going to the exporitorium downtown San fran. Well, quite the adventure....a few notes:*three hours getting there (via BART and Bus) 2 hours there 2 hours home...next time I think we'll drive!
*5 women, 6 kids, 5 strollers + snacks/diapers/drinks don't fit on one bus...
*make sure you know the CORRECT name of the place you are going to, to ask the bus driver...
*make sure you go on the same bus as the person that is paying for you...
*Always ask strange people on the street to take pictures for you...
*enjoy the scenery...
*let the kids run around while they can...
*don't get on the bus when school is letting out...
*you must remove your sleeping children from the stroller before getting on the bus...
*ALWAYS stop at Sees chocolates to get chocolates for the ride home...
*walk home and congratulate yourself on surviving the days adventure being 8 months prego :) and having the only mom with a kid that didn't sleep the whole day...
It has been raining a lot and Harrison had to get out and of course the first thing he does is jump in the puddles, though you tell him not to...but who can deny this cute little face?

"See Mom! I jump like a froggie!"

By the end of the jumping his pants were so wet that he had to hold them up to keep jumping, but jump he still did!!So the last u/s on the baby's heart have been good, still growing. I have now surpassed my normal prego size and weight (for a while now :)), and my OB wants to induce me next Friday (march 6) because I'll basically be 39 weeks, i've started dilating and because of my blood thinners and the baby's heart they don't want me to go on my own...so possibly I have one week left...I meet again with him on Monday and will try and talk him out of it!
I met with the neonatologist and he is positive about the baby and basically said they are prepared for anything, so whatever happens the baby will be taken care of. The surgeon I had an appt with, canceled because of another emergency surgery so I will meet him when the baby is born....So we're just waiting...
Hope everyone is enjoying their winter!!!

WOW!! That trip to San Fran sounds crazy, but fun? :) I can't believe you braved public transportation with that many kids. You go girls! Good luck next week if you're induced. We're praying for you and the baby.
Laura- your pictures look so fun...it reminds me of living in Seattle, where we suffered the same bus with stroller adventures! You'll be on my mind all week and I'll be praying for everything to go smoothly.
What a fun trip! Sounds like there are good times to be had in San Fran. I should come and visit you someday. Good luck with everything with the baby. We will be praying for you. Things seem to be looking up, so I have a feeling everything will get worked out just fine!
That would be so much fun just to be able to pick up and travel to San Fransisco! I LOVE the pictures of Harrison stomping in the rain. Those are beautiful. So the baby is coming soon huh? That is exciting! I hope that everything goes well for you.
It looks like you and harrison had a great time on your adventure in SF. You are a brave woman!
We will be sure to keep you and your little baby in our prayers. I hope everything goes well.
Love you!
I can't believe you're having your baby next week! Wow. We will watch for updates and pray that all goes smoothly.
Love you Laura. Call me if you see this before I've called you!
you look TERRIFIC being that prego and I'm totally impressed you did all of that to get into the city. I think it's totally worth it to drive w/ little kids, even if parking is expensive. (at least that's my experience w/ Chicago - public trans. takes WAY too long and is exhausting w/ little ones!) Good luck with the last little bit of your pregnancy!
You are BRAVE!! I would not have even dared spend the day in San Fran with my two kiddos. We would not have survived! I can't believe how big Harrison has gotten. What a cutie :)
Thanks for the update on the baby. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers as you anticipate and welcome your new little one. That baby is truly blessed to be born into your family. We will send positive vibes and I'm sure everything will be just fine! We love you!!!!
You never cease to amaze me Laura! I'm so glad you have some brave & crazy friends to venture into San Fran with!! Way to go on your adventure - what a story to tell the little one about carrying him/her to San Fran with Harrison, etc. We'll be praying especially fervently for you & Ry on Friday. We LOVE you!
I can't believe your litte excursion you went on! Your are awesome!! Harrison had gotten so big- he is very handsome! I am so glad that everything is good with your baby.. I can't wait to hear what it is. Good luck with the induction if that is what happens. I will keep you in my prayers!
Every time I think about this trip I laugh! Thanks for all the pictures!
